Delivery & Shipping
We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 10 working days depending on the product ordered. Deliveries to major centres usually take approximately two working days after dispatch, while regional and outlying areas may take approximately three working days.
Although every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Mel’s Online cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, suppliers, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide available options, including waiting for stock or cancelling the affected order.
Returns & Refunds
Products may only be returned if the incorrect item was supplied or if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Any return request must be reported within five (5) days of receiving the order. Approved returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Where a replacement product is available, we will arrange an exchange. If a replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price, including applicable delivery charges, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Mel’s Online is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
